极浅烘焙冲煮方式
- V60滤杯
- 准备汤匙
- 研磨的：不到2：30 细一点点，超过2：30 粗一点点
- 用94度的水温
- 直接给150CC的水，不用闷蒸
- 用汤匙快速搅拌
- 时间大概在45-50s左右
- 给第二段的水
- 中间给水20-30cc后往外绕，然后往外推，推到300cc
- 浸泡状态
